We help the world run better At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you.We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next.The work is challenging – but it matters.You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.What's in it for you?Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.What you'll do Work together with our AI scientists, engineers, architect and product teams to deliver new and improve existing features in AI-driven speech services.Assess new technology, tools, and infrastructure to evolve the existing highly used functionalities and services in the cloud.Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and ML algorithms and applications.What you bring A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing.Additional linguistic studies and / or language skills are beneficial.Experience in AI models' development and optimization (training, fine-tuning, domain adaptation; proficient in experiment tracking, hyperparameters optimization, evaluation).Familiarity with Speech Recognition and Speech Synthesis concepts is beneficial.Proven programming skills in Python.Experience with essential NLP libraries and tools, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas or scikit-learn, for data manipulation and processing.Experienced in designing data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets and working with complex structured and unstructured data architectures.Hands-on experience with audio data processing (including handling various data formats, sampling, forced alignment, silence trimming, normalization) is beneficial.Experience with AI offerings on hyperscalers like Azure or AWS.Research-driven mindset and attention to fine-grained experimental design.Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding in new technological areas.Full professional proficiency in English.(both spoken and written)Meet your team The Language Experience unit at SAP is working on developing language related solutions for SAP products and internal usage.We leverage artificial intelligence technologies for speech recognition, synthesis, and translation to help SAP work more efficiently and facilitate smooth communication across different languages Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.Originally known for leadership in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SAP has evolved to become a market leader in end-to-end business application software and related services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management.As a cloud company with two hundred million users and more than one hundred thousand employees worldwide, we are purpose-driven and future-focused, with a highly collaborative team ethic and commitment to personal development.Whether connecting global industries, people, or platforms, we help ensure every challenge gets the solution it deserves.At SAP, you can bring out your best.
