The primary responsibility will be to analyze the large volume of our company's sales data, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Excel, to generate actionable insights that optimize our commercial performance. This professional must be capable of translating complex data into clear and objective presentations for Presidents and CEOs, as well as providing analytical support to the sales team and utilizing market research data to complement the analyses.Key Job Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analyses of our sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Utilize Tableau to create impactful data visualizations and Excel for detailed analyses and modeling.Integrate and analyze data from various sources, including our internal data and market information (GFK, Nielsen).Identify concrete opportunities to increase sales, optimize commercial processes, and enhance our market performance.Develop and structure strategic and tactical presentations, with clear and data-driven recommendations, for the company's senior leadership.Provide analytical support to the sales team, offering insights that assist in achieving targets and optimizing their activities.Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure the implementation of strategies and the monitoring of results.Monitor the impact of implemented actions, proposing adjustments and new initiatives as needed.Background & ExperienceComplete Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.Desirable postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Management, or related areas.Proven experience in data analysis, commercial strategy, or sales optimization, preferably gained at prominent consulting firms such as Deloitte or EY.Solid experience in the analysis of large volumes of data (Big Data).Track record of identifying business opportunities and formulating recommendations for senior management.Experience in providing analytical support to sales teams.Familiarity with market research data (GFK, Nielsen).
