We're Hiring | HR Coordinator (Brazil)We are looking for a proactive and organizedHR Coordinatorwith4-6 years of experienceto join our team in Brazil.This role will support core Human Resources activities while ensuring alignment with local labor legislation and Company Global HR standards.The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, acting as a key partner for employees and leadership.The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in bothPortuguese and English/ Spanish.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related field4-6 years of experiencein Human Resources (generalist or coordinator role)Good English level (written and spoken)– mandatorySolid knowledge ofBrazilian labor lawsExperience supporting payroll, benefits, and employee administrationStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of confidentiality and ethical behaviorProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport employee lifecycle management: hiring, contracts, amendments, and offboardingAssist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, time and attendance controlEnsure compliance with internal policies and Brazilian labor legislationMaintain accurate and updated employee records and HR reportsSupport internal HR programs such as training, performance management, and engagement initiativesServe as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and processes
