Estamos em busca de uma pessoa desenvolvedora Fullstack Pleno para atuar na construção e evolução de produtos digitais escaláveis, estáveis e de alta performance.A pessoa será responsável por desenvolver funcionalidades tanto no back-end quanto no front-end, colaborando com o time para criar soluções modernas e bem estruturadas.ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver novas funcionalidades e manter aplicações fullstack utilizando boas práticas e padrões de arquitetura;Colaborar com o time na definição técnica de features e melhorias;Criar e integrar APIs RESTful, garantindo autenticação, segurança e performance;Trabalhar com banco de dados relacionais e não relacionais;Construir interfaces e componentes reutilizáveis utilizando React e/ou Next.js;Escrever testes automatizados (unitários e de integração);Participar de code reviews e contribuir para a evolução da base de código.RequisitosExperiência prática com Node.js no back-end;Conhecimento sólido em TypeScript;Vivência com MongoDB e PostgreSQL;Familiaridade com Docker;Experiência no desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs RESTful;Entendimento de arquitetura de software, design patterns e boas práticas;Experiência com Git;Noções de testes automatizados (unitários e de integração);Experiência comprovada com React e/ou Next.js (obrigatório).DiferenciaisConhecimento em NestJS ou experiência com arquitetura Serverless;Vivência com AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS, etc.);Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferencialmente);Habilidades em otimização de performance, caching e escalabilidade;Experiência com integrações de IA (Copilot, GPT, embeddings, etc.);Conhecimento em mensageria (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).Soft SkillsBoa comunicação e colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares;Adaptabilidade para aprender novas tecnologias e lidar com mudanças rápidas;Visão de produto e entendimento do impacto técnico no negócio;Proatividade na identificação de melhorias e resolução de problemas.Benefícios:- R$ 500,00 de ajuda de custo no CAJU.
