Location:Guarulhos, São Paulo, BrazilJob ID: R*******Date Posted: Company Name:HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA.Profession (Job Category):Project/Program ManagementJob Schedule: Full timeRemote:NoJob Description:The Opportunity:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the Warranty Management and Technical Assistance department for our Power Transformers product line across South America.This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across multiple technical teams located in different factories / countries.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, with a deep understanding of transformer technology and its operations.How You ´ll Make an Impact:Department Leadership:Lead and manage the Warranty & Technical Assistance teams across multiple South America locations.Define and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals and customer expectations.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity.Project Management:Oversee warranty claims, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.Coordinate technical assistance projects, including site interventions.Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding warranty and technical support matters.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and PM teams to resolve complex technical issues.Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.Performance & Reporting:Monitor KPIs related to warranty costs, response times, customer satisfaction, and team performance.Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on departmental performance and improvement initiatives.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with regional regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for warranty and service operations.Your Background:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Experience in project management.Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.Strong knowledge of power transformer technology, warranty processes, and technical assistance operations.Good communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency required.Willingness to travel across the region as needed (up to 30%).Proficiency in Office suite and MS Project.Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.You may request reasonable accommodations by completing a general inquiry form on our website.Please include your contact information and specific details about your required accommodation to support you during the job application process.This is solely for job seekers with disabilities requiring accessibility assistance or an accommodation in the job application process.Messages left for other purposes will not receive a response.
