Enterprise Solution Architect RoleWe seek a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex solutions across multiple business domains.This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects, to develop architecture strategies that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance on enterprise architecture initiatives.Lead technical architect for medium to large projects across multiple business capabilities.Accountable for designing solution architectures that integrate various systems and applications, taking into account business requirements, global and regional views, as well as standard software configurations.Deliver detailed solution delivery blueprints, including application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, and integration planning.Translate non-functional and functional requirements into solution designs, ensuring alignment with business goals, processes, and technology platforms.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure solution fit within the enterprise context while aligning with business goals and processes.Participate in community forums with other Enterprise Solutions Architects to share knowledge and best practices.Coordinate complex solution implementations while leading design variances based on business needs.Ensure artifacts are documented in the enterprise architecture repository.Coordinate engagements with internal and external parties related to evaluation, design, and delivery of business capabilities.Contribute to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.Participate in industry representation, policy formation, user groups, and strategic direction.Provide coaching and leadership to system software developers through enhancements and projects.Work effectively with varying levels of Business and IT Professionals.Able to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to Business stakeholders (written and verbal).Able to understand business requirements to turn them into technical specification solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in their functional space, consistently growing in knowledge and industry trends.Candidate Requirements:Mandatory to have excellent fluency in English; both written and verbal communication skills.Candidate will be regarded as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and should have high-level expertise in SAP - SD component.Strong ABAP skills, with complex troubleshooting experience.SAP Order-to-Cash end-to-end expertise required (SD).EDI and Idoc experience highly preferred.Experience in software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and able to develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and ideally deliver Low-Level Designs within area of expertise.Experience in highly integrated complex data environments, e.g., EDI/ BI/ ETL, ERP, etc., and open to working in a multitude of SAP and Non-SAP applications and technologies.Candidate should possess high-level consultative skills and have prior experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects in solving complex business problems with innovative technical solutions.Bachelor's degree.Minimum 7-10 years IT professional work experience.Possess strong leadership skills and exhibit creative thinking to come up with inventive solutions to solve business challenges.Self-motivated and self-starting on work, drives work of others.Strong Technical leadership of Application Development teams and vendors.Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architects and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.Excellent collaboration skills and can quickly cultivate networking opportunities within the organization at varying levels of Business and IT Professionals.Broad range of business and IT experiences; has achieved technical and/or business certification(s).
