Role: Full Stack Software Engineer (PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript)Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 12+ monthsWork Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Work Hours: PST (Must be open to supporting UK Time zone on occasion)Location: 100% Remote - (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who can work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality solutions end-to-end. You will build features from scratch, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to both code quality and team processes.What You'll DoDevelop and ship small to mid-sized features as the sole engineerTake full ownership of assigned work from concept to deliveryHelp plan and scope new projectsReview and provide feedback on Pull RequestsWrite clean, reusable, and testable codeCreate and maintain internal documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMust-Have Qualifications6+ years of professional full-stack development experienceStrong proficiency in PHP and HTML/CSS/JavaScriptExtensive experience with Laravel and VueSolid understanding of SQL/MySQLExperience with Git/GitHubCapable of building solutions from scratch with minimal directionStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and code qualityFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with distributed teams across time zonesHighly organized with strong prioritization skillsThrives in autonomous environmentsNice-to-Have ExperienceInertia.JsTailwind CSSAWS / Serverless infrastructureCI/CD pipelines and automationExperience integrating payment platforms such as PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, or SquareWorking in cross-functional product teams
