This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable software delivery across mainframe systems.You will be responsible for managing source code libraries, automating software configuration management (SCM) tasks, and supporting development and operations teams through the full lifecycle of software changes.Responsibilites:Manage and maintain Panvalet libraries for source code, JCL, macros, and copybooks.Administer ChangeMan ZMF packages across environments (DEV ? TEST ? QA ? PROD).
Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot promotion failures, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.Automate SCM tasks using REXX, CLIST, and JCL scripting.Collaborate with developers, operations, and governance teams to ensure smooth software delivery.Document SCM processes and provide training to ensure consistent practices.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.

Required Skills and Experience:Experience in similar roles within mainframe environments.Strong knowledge of z/OS, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, datasets (PS, PDS, VSAM).
Proficiency in JCL (Job Control Language) for batch jobs and utilities.Familiarity with COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, Easytrieve (to support and migrate source code).
Experience with mainframe scheduling tools (Control-M, CA-7, etc.).
Panvalet (CA Panvalet)Expertise in managing Panvalet libraries Expertise in managing libraries, version control, and member management.Using Panvalet utilities (PAN# utilities) for maintenance and automation.ChangeMan ZMF (Serena ChangeMan)Hands-on experience with package lifecycle management.Impact analysis, audit compliance, and troubleshooting.Automation & Scripting: REXX and CLIST scripting.JCL automation and dataset utilities (SORT, IDCAMS, IEBGENER, IEBCOPY).
