Oportunidade : Product Owner – Produtos Digitais de RH & Pessoas Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner apaixonado(a) por tecnologia e com forte visão de produto para liderar o desenvolvimento de soluções digitais voltadas para RH e Pessoas.Nesta posição, você atuará como o elo entre as áreas de negócio e os times de tecnologia, com papel fundamental na compreensão, tradução e priorização de requisitos funcionais e técnicos, garantindo entregas claras, viáveis e alinhadas à estratégia da empresa.Importante : esta não é uma vaga tradicional de Product Owner.Procuramos alguém que goste de entender como a tecnologia funciona por trás das soluções, tenha curiosidade por integrações, dados e sistemas, e que curta trabalhar lado a lado com os times, trocando ideias, fazendo boas perguntas e ajudando a construir o melhor caminho juntos.Sobre o desafioVocê será responsável por conduzir a visão do produto e garantir o alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio em diferentes frentes de RH, como :Gestão de performanceOnboarding e jornada do colaboradorCiclo de vida do empregadoExperiência do colaboradorPrincipais responsabilidadesLevantar, refinar e traduzir requisitos de negócio em user stories e especificações funcionais claras;Manter e priorizar o backlog do produto, garantindo clareza e viabilidade para o time de desenvolvimento;Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores, designers e QA para entregar soluções que atendam às necessidades do negócio e dos usuários;Compreender restrições e capacidades técnicas para orientar discussões de solução e tomadas de decisão;Apoiar cerimônias ágeis (planning, reviews e retrospectivas), promovendo boas práticas de Agile;Garantir que as funcionalidades estejam alinhadas à estratégia de RH e à experiência do colaborador;Acompanhar métricas, resultados e feedback dos usuários para promover melhoria contínua.RequisitosExperiência comprovada como Product Owner em ambientes Ágeis;Capacidade de compreender e traduzir conceitos técnicos, incluindo APIs, integrações entre sistemas e fluxos de dados;Forte habilidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders, com capacidade de conduzir discussões e influenciar decisões;Experiência prática na escrita de user stories e critérios de aceite claros e acionáveis;Inglês avançado ou fluente (leitura, escrita e conversação).DiferenciaisExperiência prévia com plataformas corporativas de RH;Familiaridade com ferramentas de analytics e relatórios no contexto de Pessoas;Background técnico (Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou experiência equivalente).Criar um alerta de emprego para esta pesquisaProduct Owner • Guaíba, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil#J-*****-Ljbffr
