Position: Senior Marketplaces Graphic Designer – Amazon StorefrontType of Contract: Independent ContractorSchedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. time zonesLocation: Remote – Work from anywhereAbout the CompanyWe are a fast-growing consumer brand with a strong presence on Amazon and other retail platforms.Our team is focused on delivering premium product experiences through elevated design, storytelling, and conversion-driven content.We value creativity, precision, and platform expertise.Scope of the RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer who can lead the creative execution of our Amazon storefront and product listings.This role requires deep familiarity with Amazon's design standards and a strong ability to translate brand identity into high-performing visual assets.You'll collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all listings—both our own and those of retail partners—are optimized for clarity, compliance, and conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesClean up and elevate all Amazon listings while staying fully compliant with platform guidelinesCreate design mockups inspired by reference pages and storefront layoutsSupport web listings across Amazon and retail partners, ensuring proper setup of images and contentDevelop graphics and infographics that enhance product storytelling and drive engagementContribute to additional brand assets such as flyers, catalogs, and promotional materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and performance across channelsRequirements3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with marketplace or e-commerce brandsStrong portfolio of Amazon storefronts, product pages, or similar retail platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and marketplace design toolsUnderstanding of Amazon compliance standards and listing optimizationAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesFluent in English with strong communication and feedback integration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing for Amazon A+ content and storefrontsFamiliarity with product storytelling and conversion-focused designAbility to create mockups quickly based on reference materialsComfort working with international teams and remote workflowsExperience with additional brand assets (flyers, catalogs, packaging)Mockup Request & Paid TrialAll candidates will be asked to complete a mockup task based on the following references:Kitsch Argan Milk Leave-In Conditioner SprayKitsch Smoothing Air Dry CreamKitsch Amazon Storefront HomepageGoal: Generate design mockups inspired by these product pages and storefront layout.Note: You will be paid for the mockup task, even if you are not selected for the role.Please confirm receipt and share your estimated turnaround time for the mockups when applying.
