Android Software EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Android Software Engineer to lead mobile application development using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.The ideal candidate will have experience with Android development, proficiency in Kotlin, and hands-on experience with modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).They should also be familiar with cross-platform frameworks like Kotlin Multiplatform or other similar technologies.This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contribute to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary, analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability, refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves, lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes, troubleshoot and resolve system failures, and work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features.Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using Kotlin and related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet customer needs.Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software remains competitive and innovative.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
