Job Title: Direct Response Video Editor for 8-Figure DTC BrandWe are seeking an elite video editor who understands direct response mechanics and can produce scroll-stopping ads at scale. Our brand generates $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-volume, high-converting video advertising.We need someone with expertise in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects to transform raw creator footage into persuasive short-form ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong level of fluent English fluency, 2+ years editing for DTC/eCommerce brands, and a portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions.Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims)Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphicsOptimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts)The right person will also be able to work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously and master direct response mechanics such as crafting hooks and deploying engagement disruptors.We value efficiency and smart automation.,
