At the heart of our storytelling engine, we seek a creative and data-savvy Video Editor to craft high-performing social media content.This role is fully remote with preference for some overlap with PST working hours.You will be transforming briefs into thumb-stopping, results-driven content for multiple social platforms.This position requires a self-directed individual obsessed with craft and energized by creative momentum.Key Responsibilities:Create compelling social media ads that align with creative briefs and drive measurable resultsDesign dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand messagingCollaborate closely with strategists, creative leads, and editors to optimize video and graphics content tailored for social platformsApply performance insights and creative feedback to continually refine and elevate ad effectivenessRequirements:3+ years of professional experience creating engaging digital content for social media platformsExpert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills with a strong foundation in storytelling and pacingIntermediate+ Adobe After Effects proficiency (motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects)Deep understanding of social media optimization and platform-specific best practicesExcellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international teamsQuick learner who thrives on feedback and adapts rapidly to new challengesBonus Points:Experience with AI-powered creative toolsDigital advertising agency or performance marketing experienceProven track record optimizing video content for social media algorithms
