Senior Technical Leader PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Leader to spearhead our Windows desktop development initiatives while driving the M365 migration strategy.Lead daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed team, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple time zones.Oversee release management and escalation handling for enterprise customers, providing expert guidance and support.Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and develop comprehensive career growth plans.Collaborate with product management to refine requirements and prioritize technical projects.Facilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration to drive innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer relationships, provide technical leadership during escalations, and define architectural designs for desktop-to-cloud migration.Build compliance frameworks for enterprise security, design backward compatibility strategies, and implement performance monitoring and reporting systems.Plan technical debt reduction, ensure production stability, and develop API integration patterns for enterprise platform services.Develop and maintain desktop applications using C#/.NET, WPF, and Win32, as well as build Office Add-ins for enterprise integration.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ Years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NET, including hands-on work with WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs.3+ Years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations, including VSTO, COM Interop, or Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook.3+ Years of experience working with enterprise authentication systems, email protocols, and installer/deployment technologies.Cloud integration experience, preferably Azure, is required.Advanced English Level is essential for effective communication with US clients.
