Join to apply for the Machine Learning Engineer - Remote Work role at BairesDev.At BairesDev®, we've been leading technology projects for over 15 years, delivering cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse team of 4,000+ tech professionals works remotely on high-impact roles worldwide.Machine Learning EngineerWe are looking for an outstanding Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.This role will use data and machine learning techniques to automate and scale decision-making, primarily by producing advanced data analysis reports and predictive models.ResponsibilitiesHelp improve data literacy and the overall analytical environment across the company.Handle both structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages.Perform advanced data analysis and report results.Tell the data story in a compelling manner for business stakeholders.Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.Combine models through ensemble modeling.Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.Design and execute experiments for hypothesis testing.Participate actively in discussions and decisions within the Machine Learning/Data Science chapter.Collaborate with data product managers to build effective data products.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Spread a data-driven mindset and improve data literacy; be a data evangelist.Qualifications3+ years of experience with Machine Learning, data science, AI, statistics, and related areas.Proficiency with MySQL.Proficiency in Python, R, or another major programming language.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference.Hands-on experience with regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, dimensionality reduction, bias-variance trade-off, model explainability, and NLP.Experience with people analytics or growth.Experience with data visualization tools.Understanding of engineering challenges in deploying machine-learning systems to production.Benefits100% remote work from anywhere.Excellent compensation in USD or local currency.Hardware and software setup for home office.Flexible hours – create your own schedule.Paid parental leave, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment with top talent worldwide.Mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesTechnology, Information and Media, Software Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
