own support and provide an outstanding support experience to our employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Procure and deliver technology equipment and manage tech onboarding of all new employees as well as tech retrieval of all outgoing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs and policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge with your experience and background.Support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.Work with and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.Own and contribute to improvements on identity and access infrastructure, including SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed through to completion.Prioritize help desk tickets effectively and work on projects over sprints, detailing work in tools like Jira (agile methods and sprints).Set and work toward your own objectives and key results with minimal direction, aligning them to team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Use of open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Integrate SSO into Okta, create workflows in Okta; work with APIs to integrate systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries, time zones, and familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Excellent communication across all media; clear, friendly, concise writing in tickets, email, Slack.Strong desire to provide a magical experience for others; security focus and knowledge of PGP.Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching.Methodical troubleshooting skills at all OSI layers.Self-management, accurate project scoping, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.Comfort dealing with ambiguity and making decisions without all data.Nice to HavesFamiliarity with AWS (hands-on experience).Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficient work.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitPassion for progress;
