Job OverviewThis role will become a key part of our Global Business Operations (GBO) team.
It will be leading the development of quality budgets and proposals for one of IQVIA's specialty service teams (SSR) for clinical research programs.Essential FunctionsReview request for proposal (RFP) documentation and insights from SSR.Identify information for proposal text and budget development and work closely with Business Development/proposal development teams to prepare and finalize proposalsPrepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documents.Team Lead on assigned projects, to develop proposals and budgetsRevise or develop preliminary agreements and related budgets and scope of work in collaboration with SSR and Contract teams.
Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scopeDevelop in depth understanding of, and be compliant to all processes and policies relating to the development of proposalsParticipate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer informationPerform quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departmentsUpdate and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reportsHelp drive the evolution of GTM processes and templates (including Qvidian) to streamline tasks and enable scalability as the business and team growsMay participate in training / coaching / mentoring new staff and customer meetingsQualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 5 years direct experience in Contracts, Proposals, industry specific operations experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experienceKnowledge of CRO IndustryKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Qvidian, Salesforce and understanding of costing modelsAbility to interpret RFPs and protocolsPossess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail is critical along with proactivityHungry to learn about this complex service offering and innovateAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers across IQVIA stakeholder teams and customersAdvanced English (writing, speaking and reading)CV must be submit in Englishhome-basedIQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
