AGCO Corporation is looking for an HR Manager, CS&BE to work in Jundiaí, SP (Hybrid).The HR Manager will operate within AGCO's MyHR framework, ensuring the execution of global HR processes and policies while adapting them to local practices.Your impactThe HR Manager HRBP CS&BE will serve as the go-to partner for the management of HR signature programs tailored to regional stakeholders.Core responsibilities include coaching people managers, supporting strategic workforce planning and driving effective talent management practices.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition team and local leaders on recruitment efforts for local roles; facilitate onboarding and orientation programs tailored to local practices.Performance & Talent Management: Ensure implementation of global performance management processes; provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and succession planning; track manager & employee satisfaction scores, response rates, manager reviews, and goal completion.Employee Engagement, Culture & HR Operations & Compliance: Drive local engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities; act as cultural ambassador; ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions; partner with Global Payroll and HR Operations to support payroll, benefits administration and HRIS accuracy.Change Management & Communication: Support change initiatives by providing local context and ensuring effective communication and implementation; act as liaison between Global HRBPs and local teams.HR Metrics & Reporting: Maintain and report on key HR metrics and analytics for the country/region; provide insights and recommendations based on local data trends; skilled at managing signature HR programs and defining success metrics.Serve as Site Lead for the Jundiaí location, responsible for all local HR matters, including supporting managers, coordinating with corporate HR teams, and driving initiatives related to compliance, engagement and people development.Your Experience And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Solid HR experience as HRBP, preferably in a multinational environment.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.Your BenefitsLife InsuranceHealth Insurance PlanDental Insurance PlanPrivate PensionFood vouchersOthers.Your place of workJundiaí, SP – HybridSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustries: Machinery Manufacturing and Farming#J-*****-Ljbffr
