At the forefront of regulatory compliance, this role oversees the development and maintenance of robust security measures.As a Compliance Specialist, you will spearhead the client's SOC 2 compliance efforts, streamlining evidence collection and ensuring continuous monitoring.This position demands strong technical expertise and system design capabilities.You will leverage advanced automation tools to streamline workflows, monitor controls, and manage vendor risk assessments using Vanta's platform.Key Responsibilities:SOC 2 Compliance Management: Lead end-to-end process for achieving and maintaining SOC 2 complianceVanta Platform Utilization: Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance compliance workflowsContinuous Monitoring: Implement and oversee ongoing monitoring processesPolicy Development: Create, update, and maintain security and compliance policiesVendor Risk Management: Assess and monitor third-party vendors using Vanta's Vendor Risk Management solutionRequirements:Excellent written communication skills in English3+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk management, with a focus on SOC 2 complianceHands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platformsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or SOC 2-specific training)
