Integration Architecture Senior Specialist

**We help the world run better**LOCATION IS SAO LEOPOLDOWe are looking for an **Integration Architect** for one of our strategic customer accounts.This is a customer facing role where you will support the Head of Architecture and Technology Advisory as well as your architect & advisor colleagues with integration topics (SAP to SAP, SAP to 3rd-party, cloud and network integration) during the entire customer lifecycle.- Present in detail technical and operational aspects of the SAP RISE Private Cloud.- Conduct discovery workshops with customer to define the future cloud architecture and plan the integration roadmap.- Work closely with customer and IaaS partner to perform data center assessment & compatibility checks for cloud integration.- Work as trusted technical advisor representing ECS in customer/partner/consulting discussions- Support Cloud Advisory Architect (CAA) to identify customer future requirements- Work as feedback channel for customers in ECS, providing improvement inputs to ECS cross delivery units (XDU: Service Engineering, Productization, Scalable Units)- Support Engagement Lead, Technical Landscape Owner, and Project Lead in delivering customer services- Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and beyond to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this includes customers relationship management- Support delivery teams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion- Participate and contribute towards the SAP ECS organization's goals and objectives, collaborating with multiple teams and Solutions**WHAT YOU BRING**:- Solid experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP and non-SAP solutions: interfacing, network integration, cloud integration.- Good knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver/ABAP stack, database, operating system (Linux, HANA, ASE) and connectors (SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Web Dispatcher, load balancing)- Experience with hyperscalers (preferably Azure) and their integration technologies.- Solid understanding of cloud integration concepts and technologies: VNet peering, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services etc.Being able to do troubleshooting of network issues (collaborating with network experts) is a big plus.- Understands end to end business drivers for customers to be in cloud, translating it into technical requirements- Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.- Maintain high level of standards and quality of technical consulting and customer interaction**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.- Strongly focused on quality, customer success and driven by results- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and individuals in different time zones- Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and escalate Issues.- Able to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences with clarity confidence.- Ability to work under pressure and constantly add value to customer and within organization- Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams and get work done smoothly from multiple teams in ECS.- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking- Having project management experience is plus.**Work Experience**- 4-8 years of hands-on customer facing SAP Technology Consulting experience (e.g. Basis Admin, DB Admin, Integration/Interfacing, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity etc.)- 2+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture and/or SAP implementation.- Experience with any of Hyperscaler IaaS Providers (MS Azure is an advantage).- Knowledge of data center design and setup is a big advantage.- SAP Cybersecurity & Compliance knowledge is a big plus.- SAP HANA and S/4HANA skills would be very helpful but not mandatory.- Experience in a customer facing architect role is an advantage.**LANGUAGE SKILLS**English (advanced/fluent written & spoken)German (not mandatory, but beneficial)**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.At SAP, we believe we are made stronger by the unique capabilities and qualities that each person brings to our company, and we invest in our employees to inspire confidence and help everyone realize their full potential.We ultimately believe in unleashing all talent and creating a better and more equitable world.**EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability**:Qualified applic
