**ENGINEERING PROCESS MANAGER**
The Manager, Product Management will the leader for all change management actions with direct material suppliers for the Wound Closure and Healing supply chain.
These responsibilities include engaging with suppliers on all change requests, leading cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize, and disposition requests.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Lead the business process for supplier change management including engaging with suppliers to understand, refine, and substantiate change requests.
- Lead discussions with a cross-functional partners to determine change impact to product design and manufacturing process.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and end-to-end approach to problem solving.
- Prioritize change requests according to business impact, using objective data.
- Demonstrate mature sense of urgency and ability to empower teams.
Consistent record of change management.
- Lead disposition of change requests, including accepting or rejecting requests, chartering enabling projects, assigning lead functions, and drive functional accountabilities.
- Position may include leading full time employees and/or contract associates.
**Qualifications**
Requirements and Education**:
- BA/BS in engineering, business, or related technical field required.
- MS/MSE, MBA, or advanced degree is helpful.
- Advanced English Level
**Preferred**:
- Experience in procurement, supplier quality, external manufacturing, planning or supply chain is desired.
- Experience with product lifecycle management or product design control is desired.
**Other**:
- Proficiency in English language is required, additional languages are advantageous including Portuguese, Spanish, German.
- Domestic and international travel, up to 25%.
- PMP, CQE, CSCP, or other relevant professional certifications are desired.
