Location: GuarulhosFunction: ManufacturingJob ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a results-oriented professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives in our production units.The position involves mapping and analyzing processes, leading Lean and Kaizen projects, and implementing performance indicators to optimize efficiency.You will work in partnership with cross-functional teams, identify automation opportunities, and support digitalization aligned with Industry 4.0.The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or related fields, has at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, and is knowledgeable in Lean tools.Green or Black Belt certifications and intermediate English or Spanish are considered a plus.Responsibilities:Map and analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunitiesLead continuous improvement projects using tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC, among othersDevelop and apply performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectivenessConduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysisIdentify opportunities for process or routine automation within both production unitsCollaborate with areas such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure effective implementation of improvementsTrain and develop operational and technical teams in continuous improvement methodologiesPrepare technical reports and present results to leadershipParticipate in internal and external audits related to operational efficiencyJob RequirementsMinimum EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldsAdditional QualificationsIntermediate English and/or Spanish preferredGreen or Black Belt certification or training is desirableExperienceExperience with process digitalization and Industry 4.0Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial sectorLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity for applicants, without regard to their race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, including, but not limited to, lactation), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, and any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
