EBS Finance Localization (Brazil Taxes Experience)Location: Remote – LATAM (Preferred: Brazil or Mexico)Employment Type: Full-time / ContractPosition SummaryWe are looking for an experiencedOracle Functional Consultantspecialized inE-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Localizationwith strong expertise inBrazilian tax and compliance requirements.The role focuses on supporting finance operations, implementing localization configurations, and ensuring full compliance with Brazilian fiscal regulations within Oracle EBS environments.The ideal candidate combinesfunctional finance knowledge,hands-on system configuration expertise, and adeep understanding of Brazil's tax landscape (SPED, NFe, CFOP, ICMS, ISS, IPI, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and localization support forOracle EBS Financial Modules(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).Design, configure, and maintainlocalization settingsfor Brazil within Oracle EBS.Ensure compliance with Brazilian fiscal and tax obligations, includingSPED Accounting, EFD, NFe, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, and withholding taxes.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues, validate setups, and optimize financial processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.Supportmonth-end and year-end financial closings, reconciliations, and audit activities.Conducttesting, training, and documentationfor system enhancements and localization changes.Liaise with stakeholders across finance, IT, and tax departments to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.Monitor Oracle updates, patches, and legal changes affecting Brazilian localization.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experienceas an Oracle Functional Consultant (Finance modules).Proven experience withEBS R12andBrazilian localizationsetup.Strong understanding ofBrazil tax processes, includingSPED, NFe, CFOP, ICMS, ISS, and IPI.Experience inOracle configurations, functional setups, and end-to-end implementations.Intermediate to advancedSQLand reporting skills preferred.Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese(Spanish is a plus).Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Desired SkillsExperience inmulti-country rolloutsorLATAM localization projects.Familiarity withglobal tax engines(Vertex, Avalara, or similar).Ability to collaborate incross-functional and multicultural teams.Strongproblem-solving and process improvementmindset.What We Offer$30 a $39 usd per hour 168 hour monthly
