OverviewIntelligent Audit is a fast-growing freight audit & business analytics technology company helping our customers become smarter shippers - shipping to their customers faster, cheaper and with less delivery exceptions.We use big data to help our customers remove inefficiencies in their global transportation spend.We are looking for a Solutions Architect who will create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem.You design, describe, and manage the solution.Job Title: Solutions ArchitectReports to: VP of Product ArchitectureResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical lead for new clients as well as existing client requestsConsult with technical staff to evaluate the integration between hardware and software and the operational performance of requirements for a successful implementationAssist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, creating and maintaining scope documentationMaintain technical design documentation for software changes and developmentConsult with customers concerning the technical design and development of software applications and modificationsAbility to communicate internal deliverables and change requests to key stakeholdersMaintain and enhance software applications and make necessary modificationsAbility to analyze, design, and document system implementation changes for recently completed implementation projectsEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project and coordination of the project team resourcesWork collaboratively with other departments impacting the implementation projectClearly communicate actions needed from all internal and external partiesUnderstand the business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT owned solutionsWhat You Will BringA proven track record in successful implementation of technology solutionsCustomer centered ideas; lead by example with confidence and trustDemonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and handle multiple implementations / requests with easeA collaborative spirit to work well within team and other departmentsExperience with the following: freight rate and audit software, SQL, Jira and / or ticket management systemMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field and a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experienceExperience with SmartsheetExperience with release processes and SDLCExperience delivering Freight Rate and Auditing software technical deliverablesExperience with the Atlassian SuiteLocation: Nova Santa Rita, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil#J-*****-Ljbffr
