Pay: R$2.000 – R$3.500/month (fixed) + commissions in USD
Remote work (Brazil-based, working for a U.S. company)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm EST

Your Main Responsibilities
•Respond to messages and inquiries with kindness, clarity, and speed
•Convert leads into happy clients through inbound and outbound contact
•Support clients throughout their journey with us before, during, and after booking
•Collaborate with our creative and scheduling teams
•Keep CRM updated and organized
•Monitor performance and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For
•Fluent English (spoken and written)
•Sales experience is a plus
•Organized, reliable, self-motivated
•Friendly and professional communication style
•Familiarity with digital tools
•Quiet environment + good internet (you'll be working remotely)
