Strategic Operations & 3PL GovernanceManage and governthe end-to-end nationalwarehouse operationsexecuted by 3PL partners, strategically ensuringpeak efficiencyin all logistics flows (inbound, outbound, and storage).Oversee and optimizedaily 3PL activities, implementingkey metricsto maximize service levels, inventory accuracy, and processing timeliness.Serve as thetechnical authorityinhigh-value inventory control, establishing and maintaining rigorous protocols forIMEI/serial number trackingand reconciliation.2. Regulatory Compliance & AuditingEnsure full regulatory complianceby maintaining flawless consistency between physical goods, information systems, and complexBrazilian tax documentation(NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, etc.).Conductadvanced, systematic auditingof 3PL adherence to SOPs and safety protocols, initiating corrective actions and drivingcontinuous improvementinitiatives.Provide expert advisory and practical support forNF-e invoicing, freight reconciliation, and assistance with complexICMS tax reportingprocesses.3. Project Management & Global InterfaceIndependently execute and drivekey strategic logistics projects (e.G., major WMS/ERP system rollouts, warehouse network expansion) from planning through implementation.Interface directlywith the local Chinese team andGlobal Headquartersto align local operations with global supply chain strategy, acting as the primary subject matter expert in Brazil.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.Advanced Englishis mandatory (daily use).Chineseis desirable.5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience inWarehouse Management, 3PL Operations, or Logisticsroles, with a proven track record of driving process ownership and high-impact results.Demonstratedstrategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proven ability to operate with high autonomyandstrong results-orientation.Technical ExpertiseExpert-level masteryofBrazilian logistics and tax legislation(NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, ICMS).Advanced proficiencyin WMS, TMS, and integrated ERP systems.Demonstrateddeep experiencein managing and controllinghigh-volume, serialized inventory(IMEI/serial numbers).Note:Please submit yourCV in English.
