About the Role: Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, build, and maintain portals using Service Portal (AngularJS) and Next Experience/UI Builder .
This professional will be responsible for end-to-end delivery , ensuring user experience, performance, and scalability in a highly visible and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain portals in Service Portal and UI Builder .
Build widgets/components (AngularJS, HTML/CSS) , themes, and responsive layouts.
Implement data access via Script Includes, GlideAjax, client/server scripts .
Integrate with App Engine data, Catalog, and Record Producers .
Ensure security (ACLs, roles) , performance, and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) .
Document architecture, technical flows, release notes, and handovers.
? Must-have Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Service Portal (AngularJS) and Next Experience/UI Builder .
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS .
Experience with REST integrations .
Solid knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices .
Nice-to-have Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/CSM .
Collaboration experience with UX/UI Designers (e.g., Figma) .
Background in custom application development .
