Performance Marketing ManagerAbout UsVudini is transforming the way that creators and brands use video, by driving meaningful and measurable results through the power of AI video ranking technology.Our mission is to lead the way for creators and brands to scale and monetize audiences through AI driven targeting, publishing and video commerce technology.We help our customers to design for the future, through Google-approved, AI-optimized video marketing technology.We deliver scalable AI ranking and interactive solutions that enable brands to exponentially grow their online presence.Vudini is led by a veteran group of AI engineers and tech industry executives with decades of marketing technology experience, creating an AI platform fit for the performance obsessed.We are currently building our global team and hiring for a remote Performance Marketing Manager, with a successful track record in B2C SaaS, to help us drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.This is a great opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join a well financed, ambitious technology startup, whose products will disrupt and shape the Creator Economy, a $100bn market.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan, including goal setting, creative strategy, channel allocation and measurement/optimisationDeveloping and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsManaging teams, budgets, and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition CostEnsuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsIdentifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metricsWorking closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present resultsRequirements4-5 years+ experience in performance marketing rolesHighly desirable that you have experience working in the creator industry internationallyYou have prior proven experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, influencers, affiliates, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channelsYou have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with excellent project management skillsYou possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendationsYou are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that encourage partnershipYou are open minded, curious and a strong problem solverAdded BonusStrong understanding and knowledge of the YouTube algorithmPrior experience as a YouTuber, Vlogger, or a similar role in the creator industryPerks & BenefitsRemote WorkFlexible hoursA competitive salary packageTraining??
