Remote IT Recruiter – Focus on US & Canadian Market | Long-Term Opportunity We are a specialized recruiting agency focused on connecting top-tier IT professionals with companies across the United States and Canada.

Your Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management Collaborate closely with clients in the US and Canada to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates Proactively source and engage IT professionals via platforms like Linked In, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Conduct technical screenings with candidates, leveraging your own coding knowledge to ask and understand programming-related questions Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process Maintain and update candidate records in our database/ATS What We're Looking For: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher) Solid experience in IT recruiting, ideally in international markets Hands-on coding experience (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar) and the ability to understand and evaluate technical discussions with candidates Familiarity with tech roles, programming languages, and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, Linked In Recruiter) A structured and independent working style, strong communication skills Experience working remotely is a plus What We Offer: A long-term contract with growth potential Flexible working hours (preferred availability during US/Canada Eastern Time)100% remote work in an international and supportive environment Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses A chance to be part of a professional, mission-driven team
