Social Media Content Creator + Social Media Manager (Design, Copywriting & AI Video)What you'll own (end-to-end)You'll be responsible for producing and publishing high-quality social content that matches each brand's style and speaks naturally to English-speaking audiences.Your deliverables will include:Carousels & static creatives(IG/LinkedIn/Facebook)Short-form videos(Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts style)English copywriting(captions, hooks,CTAs , campaign copy)Hashtag strategy & posting(scheduling, formatting, consistency)Visual assets for campaigns(ads, promos, launches, announcements)Day-to-day responsibilitiesAdapt quickly to each brand's style guide (tone, visuals, formatting)Createon-brand carousels(clean design, clear structure, strong hooks)UseAI video generation + editing toolsto produce short-form videos fastWritenative-level English captionsthat sound human, not translatedManage posting:captions, hashtags, tagging, scheduling, basic QAKeep content production organized (folders, naming, versions, approvals)Deliver on deadlines with a reliable weekly output cadenceMust-have requirements (please don't apply without these)To be considered, you must be able to doallof the following:English copywriting:strong, natural writing for English-speaking audiencesDesign:ability to produce polished social visuals (especially carousels)AI video + content creation:comfortable using AI tools to generate/edit videos and adapt to brand styleSocial media management:posting/scheduling + hashtags + formatting + consistencyTools you'll likely use (examples)You don't need every tool listed-just show you can produce efficiently with your stack.Design:Canva, Miro, Adobe (PS/AI), Figma (or equivalent)Video:CapCut, Premiere, After Effects (or equivalent)AI tools:Veo, Sora, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT (or similar)Scheduling:Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite (or similar)What "great" looks like in this roleYou consistently deliveron timewith minimal remindersYour contentmatches the brand voicewithout needing heavy revisionsCaptions read like they were written by astrong English marketer , not a translatorPosts look cohesive and high quality- not templated or genericYou can handle publishing details (hashtags, formatting, tagging) confidentlyBonus points (nice to have)Experience building content from a brand style guide + reference postsExperience working with agencies or multiple brandsBasic analytics/reporting (what worked, what to iterate)Ability to propose content angles and hooks proactivelyCompensation & Work SetupRemote-friendlyCompensation based on skill + output (hourly or monthly retainer)Potential for long-term work with steady content volume
