InComm is a global leader in the payments industry with over 30 years of experience and a presence in 30+ countries.As pioneers in gift cards, we hold two-thirds of the global market share.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.Job SummaryWe are looking for Data Management Coordinator professionals to join our team.This role is fully remote in Brazil (CLT) and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical data processes.SpecializationsCredit & Contract Administration – Responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, reviewing documentation for accuracy, performing credit checks, and ensuring proper data entry across multiple platforms.Location & Administrative Maintenance – Focused on maintaining location data integrity, including new setups, updates, closures, and supporting special projects related to merchant and location administration.Both specializations play a key role in supporting operational excellence and require the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesProcess assignments within standard timelines (2 business days)Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systemsCollaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teamsTrack and report data metrics for compliance and performanceCredit & Contract AdministrationReview incoming contract documentation for discrepanciesPerform credit checks in accordance with company policyEnter approved contracts into multiple systemsMaintain merchant documentation and follow up on pending agreementsLocation & Administrative MaintenanceSet up new locations and update existing records in MDMManage location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivationsSupport special projects assigned by the Data Administration TeamRequirementsCollege degree preferred (not required)Professional English communication skillsStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profileAdministrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profileAbility to learn quickly and work well in a teamCredit review experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive tasks efficientlyComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefitsMonthly internet/mobile allowanceMeal and food vouchersAnnual bonusHealth and dental plan#J-*****-Ljbffr
