**Do you enjoy being part of team that provides high-quality services for our customers?****Can you deliver a flawless execution of products and services?****Join our team**Bringing cutting-edge physical and digital technologies together to create oilfield equipment is the beating heart of our work.Devising smarter systems that control and monitor oil and gas extraction, our subsea and flexible pipe capabilities are industry leading.Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.**Partner with the best**The **Lead Project Manager Specialist** is responsible for providing operational and technical project planning, management and oversight for all key packages, initiatives and implementation in support of the overall project delivery.Ensuring that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.The LPMS will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (tender, design, development, evaluation, production, and execution of each package).The LPMS shall work closely with Project Management Team and support functions such as Quality, HSE, Engineering and Sourcing, Finance, etc., to support the overall project deliverables.The LPMS actuation permeates all phases of delivery including Bid to Execute, configuration and build, testing and verification, and in conjunction with Services, the deployment of systems and equipment.As a **Lead Project Manager Specialist**, you will be responsible for:- Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material, escalating appropriately delivery impediments, contractual, commercial and technical risks, issues, and changes associated to the project lifecycle- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels- Assign and monitor work of project personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget- Instigate and drive a method of project change management recording including ownership of documentation, delay & disruption, deviation.- As part of Bid to Execute, define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.- Define, acquire, and allocate budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function and monitors performance across resource channels- Design, implement and continuously improve processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks and value to Business Objectives- Ensure all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will need:- Bachelor's degree in an Administration or Engineering from an accredited university or college.- Related experience.- Microsoft suite (Advanced Excel) and Oracle.- Fluent English- Robust experience of Project Manager with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artefacts and tools- Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between support functions- Demonstrated ability in interpersonal relations, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management- Full understanding of Subsea System development lifecycle best practices - Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management- Strong oral and written communication skills**Also, will be nice if you have**:- MBA or Master's degree in Project Management or Business- PMI or similar certification- Subsea Flexible line products knowledge- Budget and Cost Control experience- Demonstrated Leadership in a matrix environment- Diligent, dedicated and detail oriented**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.We believe that the interaction with other employees make a huge difference to achieve our goals, so to perform this job we need you full time in the office with some flexibility on working hours.**Working with us**Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.We know we are better when all our people are developed, engaged and able to bring their whole authentic selves to work.We invest in the health and well-being of our workforce, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels to bring out the best in each other.**Working for you**Our inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.But to keep going
