**Summary**Technical Responsible for analyses and solve of the questions related with the local law/regulation, to support the company's bussines through elaboration of procedures and controls as an sppecialyst in local requirements, in addition to systematization the Tax topics with the best practies in taxation.Working to leverage the integration between financial team, government affairs and others areas of the company with the objective of tax compliance.**Responsabilities**- Responsible for analyses os the tax law and Tax Authorities Procedures and Understandings.- Responsible for supportinf the Tax Manager and Tax Fiscal Manager.- Responsible for preparing fiscal processes for maximum operational efficiency and Compliance.**Main activities**- Ensure the execution of the projects to keep compliance with the local tax law.- Develop the strategic to monitoring, solve and answer and guide all the fiscal procedures ("fiscalizaçõe"s and tax plans).- Elaborate under the supervision of the manager and present and monitor data report related with the tax processes and procedures on going.**Requirements**:- Degree in Law- 5 a 6 years of experience- Intermediate English- Post-Degree in Tax Law will be a plus
