The individual in this role can/will create high-quality visual assets (artwork & videos) leveraging AI tools and technologies.
You will consistently research e-learning and design trends to keep the courses fresh year after year.
The graphic designer has a good eye for detail when reviewing assets for consistency throughout development and also helps oversee production and deadlines.
When working on projects for other KnowBe4 publishers, the graphic designer will emulate the design of the publisher's other content.
The ideal candidate should be an AI enthusiast with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to transform learning experiences.
You will work together with other eLearning developers, QA and engineers in a fast-paced environment using product/project management tools and developing standards for partners.Responsibilities:Creative problem-solving and adaptabilityCollaborates effectively with a creative team to integrate AI-generated and human-created design elementsWorks with the instructional designer's content to create graphics that reflect the objectives clearly, as well as the publisher's graphics style, leveraging AI design tools while maintaining consistencyEffectively develop and refine prompts to achieve specific AI image and video designs that will be used as assets in elearning modulesEnhance AI-generated visuals using traditional design softwareDevelops storyboard layouts incorporating VO and AI-generated visual componentsPreps images for animation and course development, including optimizing AI-generated imagery for technical requirementsWorks with in house animator or an animation vendor to create visually effective original- and AI-created motion graphicsCreates course collateral materials using a combination of traditional design skills and AI-assisted toolsPrepares and packages graphic assets for localization vendorsReviews layouts and assets for consistencyWork effectively within deadlinesPrepare and package graphic assets for use on the webBuilds training modules in KnowBe's proprietary course authoring tool using completed assetsTake an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement.Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant so that our content is accessible to all usersEvaluate and curate AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives that abide by copyright and intellectual property considerations before integration into coursesDocument best practices; research and recommend improvements to AI content creation workflows to enhance quality and efficiencyCreate templates and frameworks that can be consistently applied when using AI writing tools and assist publishers in utilising themRequirements:BA, BFA or comparable work/life experienceA minimum of 5 years of graphic design experienceFull knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience in creating training guides, educational materials, infographics and graphic animationsExperience with AI tools (ie...ElevenLabs, Google Veo 3, HeyGen, Synthesia Midjourney AI, RunwayML,ect.)Strong verbal and written communicationsAbility to give clear feedback to other team membersExcellent time management and organization skillsAbility to prompt, create and integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly with human-created contentKnowledge of best practices for AI content creation and curation in designAdaptability and openness to evolving AI capabilities and applications in eLearningA critical eye for ensuring AI-generated content maintains consistency and quality standardsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, certification completion bonuses, and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
