About UsWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team based in Argentina or Brazil.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong specialization in C#, software development methodologies, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET / C# based applications.ResponsibilitiesSolving Complex Technical Issues: The selected candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.Collaboration: He/she must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Effective Communication: The candidate should communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons.Maintaining Code Quality: He/she should help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Learning and Staying Up-to-Date: The candidate should show a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Transitioning Legacy Systems: The expert must develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Agile Development Processes: The candidate should participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.QualificationsExperience: 6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#..NET Framework/.NET Core: Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Software Design: Can design RESTful APIs, architect software systems (taking into consideration scalability, maintainability, and performance).Testing and Automation: Emphasizes the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.Database Systems: Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Software Design Principles: Familiar with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles.DevOps Practices: Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployments pipelines).Utilizes tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for development and deployment.Front-end Technologies: Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
