This role calls for a product manager with a strong ability to deliver solutions that align with customer needs, regulatory standards, and strategic business goals.The ideal candidate should have proven experience in financial or payments products and a strong background in product management, specifically in delivering scalable, secure and innovative products for the payments or financial services industry.What will I be doing?
Co-create and align the Data team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap with overall company goals, collaborating closely with engineeringLead collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of your data productsManage stakeholder relationships, translating business needs into actionable data solutionsDefine and analyze success metrics to measure the impact and value of data productsOptimize the data product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and cost-benefitSolve complex data problems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance in partnership with Data EngineeringWhat skills do I need?
Proven experience as a Product Manager building data solutions such as Financial reconciliation reportsExecutive performance dashboardsData APIs or consumption-ready datasets for self-service analyticsData pipelines/datasets for key business processes (e.g., fraud, risk).
Strong problem-solving mindset, focusing on clear problem definition before solutionParticipation in high-impact projects within business areasUnderstanding of data-oriented architectures and analytical modelingExperience with data products for internal/external clients, including technical/platform products.Fluency in English is mandatory for effective global collaborationMandatory SQL skills for data querying and analysisNice to Have:Spanish is desirableExperience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCPExperience with Data Governance initiativesExperience with DatabricksWhat do we offer?
