Pleased to meet you, we are Zallpy.We are much more than a technology company; we are a diverse, plural, and talented community.Our purpose is to lead digital transformation with excellence and agility, promoting mutual and genuine growth in ethical and long-lasting relationships.Flexibility is one of our trademarks; we operate in different team models and formats, maintaining our light, collaborative, and integrated culture, providing equitable opportunities in a space where everyone feels safe and heard.What you will do:Lead the project's data architecture with a focus on artificial intelligence applications in the SAP context.Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines from multiple sources, integrating SAP environments with modern data platforms.Structure the analytical architecture to support machine learning models, autonomous agents, and real-time integrations, using Databricks as the foundation.Work side-by-side with data engineers, data scientists, and developers to ensure data governance, quality, and traceability.Participate in strategic decisions about data organization, metadata catalogs, versioning, and lineage, aligning with DataOps and MLOps best practices.Support the team with best practices in using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for interconnection with corporate SAP systems.What we are looking for:Solid experience as a Data Architect or Solutions Architect with a data focus.Proficiency in the Databricks platform (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow).Knowledge of data modeling for AI, including feature stores and data preparation strategies for autonomous agents.Experience with Data Governance, versioning, and pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Databricks Workflows).Prior knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly) about the data structure of the SAP/SAP BTP ecosystem.It will be a plus if you have:Experience in projects with Crew.ai, RAG pipelines, or agent architectures.Structured data environments with multiple workspaces and layers (bronze/silver/gold).Familiarity with SAP CDS Views, OData APIs, or SAP DataSphere.Where you will work:This is a hybrid position, at our office at ACATE in Florianópolis, SCEmployment type:Cooperado;PJ.Our benefits include:TotalPass: Access to gyms and sports activities to support your physical health.Zenklub: Take care of your mental health with affordable rates for the sessions.Referral Program: Refer talented individuals to join Zallpy and receive bonuses ranging from R$2,500 to R$5,000Life Insurance: Financial security for you and your family.Baby Zallpy: Special celebration for the arrival of new Zallpy babiesVolunteer Communities: We encourage participation in three internal communities: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sports & Movement, and Technology.Discounts at Educational Institutions: Access benefits for undergraduate, graduate, short courses, and language studies through partnerships.??
