We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-based billing systems, designing and maintaining microservices that power internal and external billing services.The ideal candidate will have experience with Golang, working in Unix/Linux environments, and proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Golang-based microservices, develop and integrate RESTful APIs, and work with event-driven systems and streaming architectures using Kafka.You will also manage containerized deployments, collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new features, and participate in code reviews and architecture planning sessions.Requirements include 5+ years of professional backend development experience, strong hands-on experience with Golang, and solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, familiarity with event-driven systems, and strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have Skills include experience integrating with ERP systems, familiarity with API standards and tools, exposure to Temporal or similar orchestration tools, knowledge of distributed systems, security best practices, and observability.Responsibilities:Design and implement Golang-based microservicesDevelop and integrate RESTful APIsWork with event-driven systems and streaming architecturesManage containerized deploymentsCollaborate with internal stakeholdersRequired Skills and QualificationsWe seek a highly skilled individual who has the following qualifications:5+ years of professional backend development experienceStrong hands-on experience with GolangSolid understanding of SQL and relational databasesProficiency with Kubernetes and DockerFamiliarity with event-driven systemsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.About UsWe are a leading development consultancy dedicated to delivering exceptional results through technical expertise and collaboration.
