OverviewJob Title: Technical RecruiterLocation: Brazil (Remote) • Employment Type: Contract / Full TimeWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains.This is a fully remote position, where you will collaborate with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding supportPartner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring prioritiesSource candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communitiesScreen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panelsMaintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are trackedBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activitiesExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)#J-*****-Ljbffr
