Qual será sua missão de aprendizado e contribuição?
Como Junior Project Manager, você será essencial para apoiar nossa equipe.
Suas responsabilidades incluirão: Apoiar na definição, manutenção e auditoria de nossa metodologia de implementação de projetos na LatamReady.
Gerenciar Projetos junto ao restante da Equipe da LatamReady.
Participar de revisões de qualidade nos marcos chave de cada projeto (por exemplo: pós-descoberta, pós-design, pré-UAT, etc.), aprendendo em cada etapa.
Contribuir para fomentar uma cultura de qualidade em toda a organização, apoiando a padronização dos processos e a detecção precoce de desvios.
Você se reportará diretamente ao Head de PMO e terá a oportunidade de interagir e aprender com outros líderes de projetos e consultores experientes.
O que buscamos em você?
(Seu potencial é fundamental)
Interesse e motivação para se desenvolver na gestão de projetos ERP com Oracle NetSuite.
Gestão de projetos e PMO.
Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos (como PMI/PMBOK é um plus).
Um perfil analítico, organizado, com boa atenção aos detalhes e proativo.
Inglês: Nível avançado.
Desejável: Familiaridade ou disposição para aprender a usar ferramentas como MS Project, Jira, , etc.
