To further support your growth, we offer incentives for development and achieving certifications, strengthening your professional journey.If you want to be part of this journey, we would like to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesCreating, articulating, and positioning an innovative and compelling value proposition for customer executives to understand the benefits and transformation value of migrating to AWS.Defining and executing technical migration and modernization strategies in collaboration with highly technical teams.Delivering modern architectures, including microservices and event-driven architectures, using managed services and cloud-native capabilities.Engaging with development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams at the customer to identify repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration.Identifying platform improvements and influencing future iterations of the AWS platform and the Migration Acceleration Program.Basic QualificationsSolid experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications or infrastructures.Solid years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.Solid experience in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect role, leading discovery, design, and construction of full-stack applications.Experience in architecting, designing, and migrating workloads to the public cloud.Familiarity with migration discovery, profiling, migration automation, and operations technologies and tools.Undergraduate degree in software design, implementation, or consulting experience with distributed applications, or equivalent experience.Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.Preferred QualificationsMulti-tier distributed architecture experience within IT consulting, IT operations, application development, or support, including migration and operating on-premises or cloud-based solutions.Experience transforming legacy IT solutions and knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.Experience across Enterprise IT in areas such as infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, IT security, data center operations, cloud operating models, software design or development, serverless and microservice architecture, full-stack application design.Solid experience in architecting highly available, resilient systems with load balancing and high availability.Previous experience leading data center or cloud migration projects.Understanding of large IT budgets, vendor relationships, and coordinating diverse teams to justify cloud migrations.Depth in migration techniques such as re-host, re-platform, re-architect, re-factor, re-purchase, etc.BenefitsHealth and dental insuranceMeal and food allowanceChildcare assistanceExtended paternity leavePartnerships with gyms and Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPassProfit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR)Life insuranceContinuous learning platform (CI&T University)Discount clubFree online platform for well-beingPregnancy and responsible parenting coursesPartnerships with online learning platformsLanguage learning platformAnd many more
