The Free Fire World Series **** Singapore, which was watched by 5.4 million concurrent viewers at its peak, holds the record for the highest concurrent viewership of any esports match in history.About the position:We are looking for aBroadcast Specialist/Coordinatorwho will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of all broadcast and content initiatives within Free Fire Esports. This role combines production, storytelling, and digital strategy expertise to deliver world-class esports broadcasts and high-impact content that enhance the fan experience. The Broadcast & Content Specialist/Coordinator acts as a bridge between internal teams, external vendors, influencers, and regional stakeholders to ensure creative alignment, operational excellence, and consistent brand storytelling across all tournaments and platforms.Make sure to share your CV in English.Responsibilities:Lead the full broadcast and content pipeline for Free Fire Esports — from pre-production planning to live execution and post-event content delivery.Manage relationships with broadcast vendors, studios, and creative agencies, ensuring adherence to Garena's quality standards, deadlines, and budget.Supervise on-site production during tournaments, overseeing show flow, run-down execution, and coordination between technical, talent, and content teams.Drive the creative direction of tournament broadcasts, including narrative development, talent integration, segment design, and audience interaction.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Social Media teams to align content distribution plans, ensuring maximum reach and engagement across all digital channels.Oversee the development of post-production deliverables (recaps, highlights, interviews, documentaries, etc.), ensuring consistency in tone, pacing, and storytelling.Analyze viewership and engagement data to inform future broadcast and content strategies, identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities.Support marketing teams with guidelines and toolkits to ensure global consistency of broadcast quality and messaging.Manage the internal review process for scripts, visual assets, and show rundowns, ensuring narrative cohesion and compliance with brand standards.Stay ahead of emerging broadcast technologies, formats, and fan engagement tools to continuously evolve Free Fire Esports' viewing experience.Main job requirements:Education:Completed higher education. Desirable in Communication, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related fields.Experience:6+ years in esports broadcast production, live event coordination, or content operations.Proven track record leading complex, large-scale broadcast projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, gaming audiences, and live content dynamics.Experience managing creative and technical production teams (e.g., camera crew, stage talent, editors, motion designers).Solid analytical skills and ability to translate viewership metrics into actionable insights.Excellent project management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of esports or entertainment broadcasts and digital content initiatives.Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.Preferred:Previous experience with international esports tournaments or live entertainment events. Familiarity with OBS, v Mix, or other live production software, and knowledge of streaming infrastructure. Comfortable working under high-pressure live event conditions
