ServiceNow Developer Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ITSM and platform administration, with the ability to develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.Participate in testing and deployment activities.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Required Skills and Qualifications3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.Experience with platform administration and configuration.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour.Other RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.
