Job OverviewThe role of a Senior Solution Architect involves creating architecture for each business service by integrating business, information, and technology.The individual collaborates with Service Management Leads, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects to understand the implications on solution architecture.This position is viewed as an expert in complex application environments, encompassing both business process understanding and technical expertise.Key responsibilities include:Providing solution architect leadership & strategy developmentLeading Technical architect for medium to large projects for a specific business capability which can span across multiple capabilitiesAccountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexityThe Senior Solution Architect will deliver solution delivery blueprints including application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, integration planning.They will also translate non-functional and functional requirement into solution designs, ensuring solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model, uses the common technology platform, and achieves enterprise level security, quality of service and scale.The Senior Solution Architect will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to make sure that the solution fits within enterprise context, while also ensures solutions align with business goals and processes, and follow industry best practices.They will participate in knowledge sharing forums with other Solution Architects, coordinate complex solution architecture implementations, and ensure artifacts are documented in a centralized repository.To succeed in this role, you will require excellent fluency in English, strong ABAP skills, and high level of expertise in SAP - SD component.You must possess high level of consultative skills, prior experience of collaborating with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects in solving complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, and Bachelor's degree.Minimum 7-10 years IT professional work experience is required.Strong leadership skills, creative thinking, self-motivation, and self-starting abilities are necessary for this position.
