We are looking for a talented **Mid-Level QA Agent** to join our team working with the world's largest independent AI company, based in the US.
They operate at the intersection of customer experience and AI - two of today's most innovative and dynamic industries.

To accelerate a transition from today's frustrating and uninspired customer service experiences into amazing conversational engagements, allowing customers to communicate in their own words and on their channel of choice, to accomplish tasks, all without having to go through an agent

**Do you have what it takes?
**
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- English and Spanish speakers mandatory
- Team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams.
- Experience developing or testing software
- Experience with Python and shell scripting and comfortable working in a UNIX/Linux environment (nice to have).
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies (nice to have).
