Are you a skilled software engineer looking for a new challenge?We have an exciting opportunity for a Fullstack Java Engineer to join our teamAbout the RoleThis is a unique chance to work on high-quality full-stack applications, leveraging your expertise in Java and JavaScript.You will design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions, collaborating closely with product and platform teams.Your key responsibilities will include:Designing and developing full-stack applications using Java or Golang for backend services and JavaScript for frontend functionalities.Leveraging your experience in platform teams to administer AWS resources, create robust automations, and enhance internal process flows.Providing comprehensive support to the engineering team by developing and maintaining internal applications that drive operations.Identifying opportunities for code, database, and resource optimization, and implementing improvements to ensure system stability.Conducting validation tests and performance assessments, generating detailed systems reports with metrics, and offering recommendations for continuous improvement.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack developer.6+ Years of experience working with Java.4+ Years of experience working with JavaScript.3+ Years of experience working with AWS services, including resource management, automation, and workflow optimization.3+ Years of experience optimizing code, databases, and system resources for performance and stability.Lead architecture and design decisions, ensuring that projects are scalable, maintainable, and performant.Experience with validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Advanced English Level is required for this role.BenefitsWe offer a competitive package that includes:100% remote work.Paid time off.National holidays celebrated.Sick leave.Refundable annual credit.Team-building activities.Birthday day off.What We OfferBy joining us, you will be part of a close-knit team that values autonomy, open communication, and respect for diversity.We care about your well-being and provide a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
