We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels respected, empowered, and recognized.What You Can ExpectThe Quality Analyst assumes technical responsibility for the company before regional councils and health surveillance bodies, ensuring the performance and coordination of all scientific and technical services in compliance with current legislation and labor agreements.How You'll Create ImpactMonitor and support distributors to assess quality process performance and identify improvement opportunities.Handle complaints related to Zimmer Biomet products and coordinate communication with manufacturers.Ensure compliance with technovigilance procedures aligned with the company's quality system.Support the execution of field actions in Brazil.Manage quality system processes, including supplier management, audits, and CAPA.Attend local audits (e.g., INMETRO, Health Surveillance) and external/corporate audits.Evaluate products and suppliers according to RDC 665/22 standards.Oversee product identification upon receipt before storage and segregation.Disseminate quality standards and train employees on quality and integrity systems.What Makes You Stand OutStrong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Knowledge of the orthopedic industry and marketplace.Ability to build relationships across departments and communicate effectively at all levels.Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.Tolerance for ambiguity and adaptability to change.Collaborative approach to work, fostering high morale.Your BackgroundIntermediate English proficiency.Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Protheus).
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.Experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or related fields.At least 1 year of experience in the orthopedic or medical device industry is preferred.Travel ExpectationsEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
