The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills, a flair for digital marketing, and characteristically charismatic & convincing.Responsibilities:Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company.Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, satisfaction, and success.Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs.Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services.Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value.Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Proficiency in English is a MUST .
