Architectural Designer (Level 2) — Revit/BIM FocusedRemote (Full-Time)We're a values-driven architecture studio based in Toronto, focused onheritage conservation,adaptive reuse, andresilient residential design.We believe inreimagining, not replacing, and in crafting design solutions that are bold, enduring, and rooted in context.Our team is small, nimble, and growing fast.We work collaboratively across time zones and use technology to stay sharp, fast, and deeply engaged.The RoleWe're hiring aLevel 2 Architectural Designerwho thrives in Revit and is comfortable working fromdesign development through to construction drawings.You'll take ownership of key project components, work directly with senior staff and clients, and bring care and clarity to every detail you produce.This is aremote, full-timerole with flexible hours — but we work fast, and we expect a high level of autonomy, precision, and initiative.What You'll DoDevelop architectural designs in Revit across all project phasesProduce clear, coordinated construction drawings and documentationCollaborate with team members across time zones in a highly visual workflowParticipate in detailing, specifications, and code coordinationHelp integrate sustainability and reuse strategies into our drawingsOccasionally support site coordination and permit application packagesYou Are:5+ years into your architecture careerAdvanced in Revit (we mean fluent — not just functional)Deeply organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable juggling two projects at onceGreat at communicating visually and in writing (English required)Experienced with construction documents (Canadian or European context preferred)Bonus: experience in adaptive reuse, heritage projects, or energy retrofitsBonus: skilled in LumionQualifications:Bachelor or Master's degree in ArchitectureLicensed or on the path to licensurePortfolio that shows strong design thinking and technical precisionLegally eligible to work as an independent contractorWhy Join Boldera?We're building something rare — a studio that blendsdesign excellence, social purpose, and startup energy.You'll be part of a close-knit team that punches above its weight, values clarity and curiosity, and works on projects that matter.
