Compliance and Statutory Risk Assessment: Assure 100% compliance to all relevant local Indirect Tax legislation, Tax Authorities obligations/declarations, corporate Tax policies/guidelines Tax report deadlines by providing an effective Tax management; Proactive communication; Performing periodical Tax Risk Assessments; and Controlling/Supporting BPO companies on Tax Matters. All taxes must be paid on time and correctly calculated by providing proactive updates of Tax legislations changes on SAP and establishing good internal control.

Coordinate and support Tax authorities investigations, mainly for indirect taxes, by providing and organizing all requested documentation, driving and pursuing Tax authorities claims for correct interpretation of the business and aligning arguments for the Tax authorities claims and inquires with the internal areas.100% of indirect Tax declarations and obligations will be coordinated by this position and must present high level of accuracy in order to avoid or mitigate risks of Tax inspections, Tax Authorities claims or negative audit opinions. Support and contribute to the Tax lawyers and legal area to defend Tax claims by providing good business explanations; Challenging and interpreting local legislations; Contributing with other strategic options for business; and providing right documentation.

Support Accounting area to ensure clean and Early Warning Memorandums and clean Management Letters strictly avoiding an "Emphasis of Matter" or a "Qualified Opinion" from Internal or External auditors by prompt providing requested documentation and process explanation, proactive risk assessment and documentation analysis, communicating major issues. Assure 100% compliance of destruction process and support BPO to obtain the destruction realise documentation from Tax Authorities by providing the right information and documentation for destruction process.

Bachelor ´s degree in Accounting or Tax Lawyer Specialist Deep knowledge of all local tax regulations and legislation.

Strong people leadership skills Capable of proactive communication, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external stakeholders. IT literate and ERP system as SAP knowledge Fluent English communication on speaking, writing and listening.

Manage and maintain the statutory Tax process and Tax Authorities demands at subsidiary by correctly interpreting, following and implementing local Tax legislations and corporate rules assuring compliance on them as well, establishing internal controls/procedures, coordinating and introducing updated Tax procedures across the organization.
